Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times We currently ship within South Africa. Estimated delivery times are:
- Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
- Outlying areas and rural addresses: 4–7 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at orders@hustlingouma.com and we will assist you promptly.
